工作說明：

Responsible for implementing and operating the overall maintenance concept, including the interfaces to other Departments and systems (SAP MTS).

2. Responsible for the investment – budget and technical projects of the site.

3. Responsible for contractors’ management on maintenance activities and projects. Ensure contractors’ working at site is in line with local and company HSEQ requirements.

4. Cooperate with Production and R&D as well as related technical groups to introduce new technical and engineering standards, new process and new technology to increase production capacity and to produce new products to increase profits and plant utilization.

5. Leads and directs Process engineers to design and implement projects, improve plant efficiency, and reduce operating cost.

6. Responsible for operating maintenance shops and facilities in a safe and professional manner.

7. Responsible for the staff of the Technical Department (12 FTE) and their personal development.

8. Demonstrate proper behaviors in managing the department and establish maintenance KPIs and CPs to monitor and improve the equipment reliability to meet production needs.

附加條件：

1. BS degree or above in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other technical related majors.

2. At least 8 years relevant working experience of maintenance in industry.

3. Require knowledge of equipment maintenance or design, process control technology, and capital project execution.

4. Strong leadership skills, can handle complex issue related to people. Ability to train and motivate people

5. Must be able to set priorities for self and team members, and able to solve problems under pressure and in a timely manner. Ability to demonstrate flexibility for changing tasks.

6. Good command in both spoken and written English.

7. A creative mind is crucial to this position.

8. Good interpersonal skills and able to build rapport.

9. Possess excellent planning, communication and co-ordination skills.
